I think this was a very difficult subject to judge -- solitude -- and I am curious (but will never know) the criteria used. To me, the word solitude implies the necessity of a human life form, which means I would not include some of the photographs.
Well, you know me. I love to be a critic and I have an opinion about everything, so I will fade away now whispering they are all excellent photos and I am glad I did not have to judge them.
