There's gotta be a record of you someplace
You gotta be on somebody's books
The lowdown - a picture of your face
Your injured looks
The sacred and profane
The pleasure and the pain
Somewhere your fingerprints remain concrete
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street
A ladykiller - regulation tattoo
Silver spurs on his heels
Says - what can I tell you, as I'm standing next to you
She threw herself under my wheels
Oh it's a dangerous road
And a hazardous load
And the fireworks over liberty explode in the heat
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street...
You gotta be on somebody's books
The lowdown - a picture of your face
Your injured looks
The sacred and profane
The pleasure and the pain
Somewhere your fingerprints remain concrete
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street
A ladykiller - regulation tattoo
Silver spurs on his heels
Says - what can I tell you, as I'm standing next to you
She threw herself under my wheels
Oh it's a dangerous road
And a hazardous load
And the fireworks over liberty explode in the heat
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street...

... mi-ai adus aminte de melodia asta blândă, şi o simt potrivită cu acest caleidoscop plin de pitoresc şi arome ale străzii...

Mă bucur că ai revenit !
I think if I were to write a caption for the first photograph, Daliana, it would be this: "Think outside the box; why are you staring at me?" Or something like that.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I always enjoy your photographs of life on the streets of Bucharest. They are a blend of art and photojournalism, to my eyes.
..:)
ReplyDeleteArt is an endless resource.

Prekrasne ulične slike i tvoje fotografije, naravno!!!!
ReplyDeleteYour work as ever is inspirational. This particular set reminds me of an Art Gallery display where the scenes give an idea into the photographers mind & can either be simple or the viewers can read deep meaning into it. The man in front of the mural works well as the roof of tin cans but I'm leaning towards a favourite of the paper cup composition & the mannequin with the red head covering as there is something more to the image than meets the eye.
