    Fantastic photos, i especially like the tree standing guard over the field of sunflowers much like a lone sentinal and the three photos of the busy bumble bee hard at work :-).

    the top photo is surreal. more like a painting than a photo because of its perfection. the one a few photos down with the path going down the right side of the photo and the other one of the endless sunflowers are both very special. great job. i enjoy following your blog.

    Two thoughts about your subject matter:

    It is not until recent years that there have been fields of sunflowers such as you portray in my region of America. I still can recall seeing such a field for the first time and marveling at its beauty.

    And, your tree standing alone makes me sad to see because it is clear death is slowly overtaking it. But, for everything there is a season, and this tree might well last for another generation in human terms.

    As for the photographs themselves, they truly are the work of a master artist.
