DECEMBER 1 - Romania National Day / La mulţi ani, România!

Today Romanians celebrate 92 years of national unity.
December 1st, 1918 – the National Assembly of all Romanians in Transylvania, Banat and the Hungarian Country convened in Alba Iulia and decreed, by unanimous vote, the union of Transylvania with the Romanian Kingdom
The National Assembly of all Romanians in Transylvania, Banat and the Hungarian Country, gathered by its rightful representatives at Alba-Iulia on the 18th of November/1st of December, decrees the unification of those Romanians and of all the territories inhabited by them with Romania. The National Assembly proclaims above all the inalienable right of the Romanian nation to the whole Banat bordered by the Mures and Tisa rivers and the Danube.

    m-ai dat gata!... uite că se poate! ai fost foarte inspirată în decizie şi în modul în care ai materiaizat-o.
    Da, patriotismul există, şi poate fi chiar frumos, înfiorător... defapt aşa ar fi normal...

    poze magnifice.(chiar daca pe unele mai am impresia ca le-am mai vazut- le revad cu drag).problema mea e cu romania si cam ce se face cu ea,da nu e cazu sa amestecam una cu alta.

    I almost forgot you were part of the Austian Empire. My family came from Bohemia,what is now Czech. My grandfather at that time was named Franz Joseph, as was the emperor.Have a good celebration.

    Foarte frumoasa galetia prin care prezinti Romania,foarte reusite fotografii si din diverse parti ale tarii. Am recunoscut Hunedoara, Sibiu, Sighioara, Balea Lac.

    frumoasa povestea din fotografiile tale...frumoasa lumina...
    imi place campul de floarea soarelui...imi aminteste de tabloul lui van Gogh...
    taranul care vorbeste la mobil m-a facut sa zambesc...si cerul care se oglindeste in apa...frumos....
    la multi ani...inca mai este ziua noastra :)

    Congratulations, on your National Day, Wind, and on your photographs.

    I especially like the shot of the uprooted tree on the beach. It reminds me of myself.

    The nationalistic pride I see in so many European nations gives me a good, warm feeling. It would be wonderful if the same were to be felt in America today.

    In fotografiile tale respira magia taramurilor romanesti. Mi-as dori ca toti romanii sa devina constienti si sa fie mandri de frumusetea si bogatia tarii lor si de mostenirea culturala pe care au primit-o peste veacuri. Ca de obicei, mi-a facut placere sa calatoresc virtual prin toate locurile fotografiate de tine.
